Our state-of-the-art Leadership Academy helps create a common understanding of leadership and provides a structured and transparent way to grow as a leader. You accompany us in shaping Boehringer Ingelheim’s global leadership development and take responsibility for our different development and learning offers.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • As a part of the Leadership Academy Team, you will help in designing and optimizing new and existing learning offers and corresponding processes, ensuring a consistent global user-experience.

  • Furthermore, you will support in continuously measuring the effectiveness of our programs and use data to guide all offers, ensuring a high global standard and end-to-end responsibility.

  • During your internship you will work closely together with our business units, leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Community, HR Service Centers, and external providers to ensure the successful implementation of our leadership development initiatives.

  • Additionally you will get insights on how the implementation of leadership development offers is handled in an international company – from conceptualization to roll-out and hypercare.

Your Profile:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Education, (Business) Psychology, or a related field.

  • You've already gained your first experience as a working student or intern in a company. If it's in Personnel or Leadership Development, that's a plus.

  • Eager to learn and collaborate, you bring exceptional communication skills to our team.

  • With a proactive and self-starting nature, you take charge of projects and deliver results.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office is something you can boast about.

  • Excellent English spoken and written skills part of your repertoire.

What we can offer you:

  • As a student intern, you can expect a fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage)

  • You will be given 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the internship

  • A full-time internship is 37.5 hours a week (a smaller number of hours can be arranged)

  • In our team we also offer you a hybrid working model in which you can work remotely several days a week!

The duration of the internship is preferrable 6 months. The start of the internship can be made several times a year. Please enter the desired period in your application.
