Stock Yards Bank and Trust Retail Operations Coach in Indianapolis, Indiana

As a Retail Operations Coach, your day will be filled with opportunities to provide in branch coaching and support. Ensure employees understand and achieve operational standards.

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Spend 80% of time in branches to provide operational support and guidance

  • Coach to operational success as measured by branch audits and

  • Review branch adherence to policies and procedures

  • Recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed

  • Assist with the onboarding of new Retail employees and provide supplemental training

  • Assist in the development of various meetings and training sessions

  • Conduct reviews of Branch physical appearance and marketing materials

  • Coach to avoiding and clearing CIS exceptions

  • Review Deposit Hold and Currency Transaction Accuracy

  • Focus on Fraud Prevention in Branch Offices

  • Primary retail support for new Branch builds, System conversions and bank acquisitions.

  • Perform Branch Cash Audits

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred

  • Minimum 5 years Retail Banking Experience required

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Professional communication (both written and verbal)

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time

  • Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and having developmental conversations
