Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a HR Coordinator in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be primarily focused on ensuring the coherence between physical employee records and system entries, involving tasks such as document review, paperwork processing, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing hard copies of employee files for consistency

• Verifying the alignment of paper documents with system data

• Handling pre-permanent paperwork, including relevant documentation

• Ensuring the accuracy of salary information in both physical and digital records

• Reviewing and maintaining I-9 forms in accordance with HR compliance standards

• Managing HR administration tasks as required

• Maintaining and updating personnel files as necessary Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Paper Filing

• Proficiency in Document Review

• Proven ability to Process Paperwork efficiently

• Solid understanding and practical application of HR Compliance

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Knowledge and experience in Personnel File Maintenance TalentMatch®
