Our client, a leader in the agriculture industry, is seeking a Biological Formulation Technologist to join their team. As a Biological Formulation Technologist, you will be part of the R&D Department supporting various teams including analytical R&D, process development, and application technology. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective collaboration abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Biological Formulation Chemist

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Pay: $23/h + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior members in developing novel formulations, production processes, and delivery system technologies.

• Collaborate with various functions across the company to ensure project success.

• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and report writing.

• Comply with laboratory safety procedures.

• Conduct experiments, generate reproducible data, interpret results, and modify hypotheses as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated competence in formulation technology or engineering.

• Knowledge or experience with biological actives and their development.

• Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently.

• Successful collaboration with team members and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
