Make a Difference
The Desktop Support Engineer is a key player in the continuous flow of everyday business of all Community Health Network employees. The Desktop Support Engineer will work with virtual, mobile, and client computing devices to set software/hardware standards, engineering client computing solutions, and supporting Network caregivers to better serve our patients.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Certification strongly preferred.
Three (3) or more years of experience with enterprise software and hardware required.
Two (2) or more years of customer service experience required.
Previous experience in troubleshooting Windows OS, Apple OS, Citrix, Group Policy, Active Directory, SCCM, Disk Encryption, Office 365, Office 2016, and Microsoft Edge.
Previous experience with Epic EMR preferred.
This position will be required to work on-site for the first initial six months upon hire, with the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule after. Office location will be at 7351 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256.
This position will participate in an on-call rotation.
