Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry of quotes and orders in accordance with cut off and other time constraints
- Attention to detail is a must
- Maintain broad knowledge of clients, glass products and services of the organization
- Coordinate with production to meet customer deadlines
- Assist with expediting orders and communications with the production floor
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and maintaining a positive, empathic, and professional attitude towards customers always.
- Various other team functions on a rotating basis
Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements
- 1 years of Data Entry/CSR experience
- AS400 experience a plus
- Computer experience and accuracy in numeric typing, required
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment to meet required deadlines and remain highly organized.
- Should be able to read and perform mathematical calculations, and write measurements in number fractions
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand drawings and specifications
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills, Excellent written communication required, Strategic thinker
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
