Make a Difference

This role works collaboratively with Acute product line leaders to design and execute projects and organizational change efforts of varying size and complexity. Uses expertise to help spread a culture of continuous, data-driven improvement. This role utilizes project management skills, change management principles, lean processes, and other tools to focus on driving financial and operational results.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

• 4 year / Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

• Master’s Degree (Preferred)

• 3+ years: Three (3) years' experience in leadership in healthcare preferred. Experience with lean principles preferred. Experience in clinical development, especially demonstrating understanding of operations and emerging directions in the clinical development space required. Balanced combination of strong project management, technical, and leadership skills. (Required)

• Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders and identified stakeholders.

• Consult with teams on performance excellence methodologies and provide education to support teams in improvement work.

• Design and implement targeted operational and functional improvement strategies.

• Effectively manages assigned projects and provide progress updates as requested.

• Facilitates project planning, stakeholder analysis, and project kick-off on key projects.

• Identifies success measures and facilitates data collection and analysis to support operational improvement initiatives.

• Lead sub-teams and work-streams in support of projects and management activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones.

• Monitors resource capacity and identifies constraints affecting the completion of projects.

• Serve as a regional champion and expert on the way we improve framework.

• Work with ancillary departments and leaders to define business cases, value analysis, and key deliverables.

• Self-Awareness: Understands own and others' preferences and is able to adapt behavior according to others' needs. Drives personal development by using a combination of feedback, reflection and humility to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses. Asks for help and encourages involvement. Listens and responds with empathy
