Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst - NetSuite with a strong background in optimizing ERP systems to support start up business in the healthcare industry. This position will focus on enhancing NetSuite ERP functionality to align with operational and compliance requirements while collaborating across multiple business units like Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in NetSuite modules, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional processes, with a strategic focus on advancing operational efficiencies in a regulated industry.

This role is 100% remote but the candidate needs to reside in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, or Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and customization of NetSuite modules (e.g., CRM, RMA, Complaint Management, Product Tracking, Sales/Marketing tools) to support both business and compliance needs.

  • Conduct gap analyses between current workflows and NetSuite capabilities, recommending actionable solutions to bridge these gaps.

  • Optimize NetSuite’s integration with Sales and Marketing operations, supporting lead tracking, pipeline management, and data analysis for campaigns and customer segmentation.

  • Identify and propose opportunities for process automation and integration across tools to enhance efficiency.

  • Develop dashboards and analytics to provide insights into performance metrics such as sales data, marketing ROI, and customer feedback.

  • Collaborate on integrations with ancillary tools (e.g., marketing platforms or CRM systems) to enhance efficiency across Sales and Marketing.

  • Ensure all configurations, data inputs, and workflows comply with relevant regulatory standards and align with best practices in a regulated environment.

  • Evaluate and maintain data integrity within NetSuite and integrated systems.

  • Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for refining processes and operations.

  • Craft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and training guides for end users.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and streamlining workflows across business functions.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Business

  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years working as a Business Analyst in life sciences or healthcare.

  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP modules and system optimization.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and financial workflows.

  • Proven track record of building relationships across departments and aligning stakeholders to project objectives.

  • Strong process management capabilities and a focus on delivering compliance and operational efficiencies.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to translate technical documentation into business language for non-technical audiences.

  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and aligning solutions with business needs.

  • Ability to collaborate in cohesive cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder priorities effectively.
