Rubrik Alliances Marketing Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana

Rubrik’s marketing team is growing! We are looking for a talented global Alliances Partner Marketing professional who is passionate about building strategic integrated campaigns and sales plays, growing cloud partnerships, supporting our growth business, and is excited to join one of the hottest companies in the security industry that recently had its IPO.

The Alliances Marketing Manager will be a critical global resource in growing our cloud business with strategic cloud partners. The ideal candidate has partner marketing experience in both setting strategy, building scalable campaigns and surgical programs and running execution across a variety of formats - end user conferences, content marketing, virtual events, etc.

The right person has a strategic go-to-market mindset, the poise and confidence to work with executives, can program manage initiatives with multiple cross functional stakeholders, has ownership of end to end campaign/program management.

Key to success in this global role is an ability to hit the ground running, consistently working with teams across the company to help plan, prepare and scale marketing programs, campaigns, events, and communications to, with, through and for our strategic cloud partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Be a critical member of the go-to-market team in shaping the strategy to grow our cloud business.

  • Build on our global alliance marketing strategy for key partners, including strategic comarketing programs, campaigns, and sales plays to drive new audience acquisition and pipeline goals. Some of Rubrik’s key cloud Alliance Partners include: AWS, Microsoft, and Google.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at external partners in addition to the cross functional internal stakeholders to help further the partner relationships and drive joint marketing opportunities.

  • Create surgical sales plays to help grow cloud pipeline.

  • Build event-in-a box formats for field marketing teams to execute at the regional level.

  • Collaborate with key marketing and sales functions including product marketing, field marketing, campaigns, global events, corporate communications, sales development and business development teams to design and program manage key launches and announcements, develop global integrated programs for the field teams, and set the strategy and execution for partner hosted end user conferences.

  • Develop messaging strategy and work with product marketing and the campaigns team to activate across various demand gen programs.

  • Set the strategy and the lead the execution for partner hosted end user conferences.

  • Set, track and report progress on KPIs and ROI metrics. Conduct quarterly marketing reviews with partners’ leaders to review success/progress, identify gaps and maintain executive alignment and support.

  • Manage a sizable budget as well as partner MDF to optimize spend

Experience you’ll need:

  • 8+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably working with cloud partners

  • Experience in the cyber security industry

  • Self-motivated, can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership for tools and processes.

  • Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive outcomes-based plans, programs and execution.

  • Broad experience across various marketing disciplines, such as, campaigns, events, brand, content.

  • Top notch project management skills. You know how to keep the trains running on time, while maintaining good relationships

  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including follow-up and measurement

  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills

  • Solid working knowledge of the B2B marketing technology landscape (Marketo, SFDC, etc.)

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC) Pay Range

$134,800—$202,200 USD

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US2 (all other US offices/remote) Pay Range

$121,400—$182,000 USD
