Anand NVH is a rubber to metal bonded part manufacturer. We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform tests on samples specified by the print, material line call-out, control plan, or internal test requirements.
- Review test requirements per work instructions.
- Draw conclusions from test results (pass/fail).
- Document results by writing a formal lab report or recording in daily part test database.
- Submit testing results (report) to appropriate parties.
- File test results and test samples.
- Ordering necessary supplies for the proper function of the lab.
- Process test samples received and confirm labeling for traceability and identification.
- Relay test set up or fixturing problems of concerns to supervisor.
- Maintains a working knowledge of mechanical equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and safe lab work area.
Knowledge and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- College level algebra and physics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Health , Vision, Dental and Life Insurance are available after 30 calendar days of employment.
Employees are eligible for Holiday and Vacation pay after 60 calendar days of employment.
Wages are based on experience.
