Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor, Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and Data feed issues affecting customers’ use of products and services
Work with engineering teams such as DBA, Dev., and various support teams
Seek assistance with and escalate issues where necessary
Share and document knowledge, assist in cross-training staff on areas of specialization
Effectively prepare for and conduct training sessions
Able to work with limited supervision and guidance on standard support tasks
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
3 years of prior application support experience
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues involving software, network, data, and database
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
Proven excellent customer service skills and attitude
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a customer support team
Ability to coach/train team members
Basic project management skills
Knowledge of retail pharmacy terms, procedures and business preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
UNIX, Shell scripting experience
Prior software / help desk support
SQL and database knowledge (Oracle) - Ability to write basic queries
Microsoft Windows
Dynatrace, Splunk
Snaplogic
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Basic knowledge of hardware and networks
SSH, SFTP
Familiar with Business Intelligence - Data warehouse - Looker, Snowflake
