Microsoft 365 Lighthouse is a new cloud service offerings from Microsoft for Managed Service Providers (MSPs, aka Partners) for administering Identity, Security, Compliance and Productivity applications of their multiple SMB (Small and Medium Business) customers effortlessly through a single pane of glass. SMB is a major investment area for Modern Work growth where partners form the backbone driving a significant portion of revenue.

• Deliver well-tested features across many different services and platforms

• Innovate for both customer use cases and overall health of the service

• A strong work ethic and sense of accountability

• Mentor new team members and interns as applicable

Qualifications

Required Qualifications : 

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Excellent coding, debugging and problem-solving skills

• Deep experience with modern languages and frameworks - Microsoft .NET, Python, Golang, Java, React or equivalent.

• Strong communication, collaboration skills and customer focused growth mindset.

   Preferred Qualifications: 

• Strong data structure and algorithm skills

• Experience developing scalable and performant cloud services

• Experience debugging code that runs on production and pre-production systems

• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. React)

• Experience with data stores like Cosmos DB, Azure Data Explorer (Kusto) or equivalent

• Experience working in scrum/agile development environment
