We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager II to join the Microsoft Store team. This role will focus on the Developer area, with a primary objective of growing Successful Developers and Catalog Coverage metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion for developer success, and a proven track record of driving product growth.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Developer area, aligning with the overall goals of the Microsoft Store team.

• Metrics Focus: Drive growth in Successful Developers and Catalog Coverage metrics by identifying key opportunities and implementing effective strategies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.

• Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance the developer experience.

• Roadmap Management: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, partners, and vendors.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to the team

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

• OR equivalent experience

• Proven ability to drive product growth and achieve key metrics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions.

• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the developer ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management

• OR software development

• OR eqivalent experience.

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or software development industry.
