Job Description:

Provide support for each of the following activities:

• Providing support to the Quality Management System, Government Industry Data Exchange Program Alert-type activity, and Corrective Action System operations.
• Scheduling, facilitation, documentation, maintenance, records management and Center reporting support of the Safety and Mission Assurance Council (SMAC) activities.
• Providing minutes of meetings and presentations.
• Serving as custodian of the QD Organizational Issuances Master List.
• Providing support to the SMA Directorate's Records Liaison Officer (RLO).
• Initiating, reviewing, or updating actions.

Required Skills:

• BS degree in Business or Computer Sciencerequired
• 3+ Years of Experience
• Must be a US citizen
• Must be able to pass a national agency check
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and periodic random drug and alcohol screenings.

Familiarity with tools such as MS SharePoint, MS Office applications and relational database web-based applications. Strong writing skills. Understanding of configuration management and records management as well as familiarity with ISO and AS9100. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability for successful interaction with customers and peers and attention to detail. Fast learner and self-starter requiring minimal direction in completing assignments.

Other Desired Skills:

Working knowledge of NASA/MSFC environment would be beneficial. Experience in data trending, graphic presentation, and root cause analysis and ability to perform technical problem analysis is also desired.
