Job Title: Client Care Coordinator (Veterinary Receptionist)
Salary: £11.56 per hour
Location: Cromwell Vets, Huntingdon
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 Hours per week.

At Cromwell Vets we pride ourselves on our excellent standards for patient and client care and rely on our client co-ordinators to help promote this.
Your role and responsibilities
Welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival
Answering the phone in a polite and friendly manner, dealing with any enquiries and booking appropriate appointments, using our in-house system.
Managing the diaries effectively and ensure the smooth running of vets and nurses consults.
Helping to assist with administrative duties including answering email enquiries and online booking requests.
Taking payments over the phone.
Transferring calls to the appropriate person.
Have a clear speaking voice and be empathetic and sensitive at certain situations.
Personal Specification
A valid driving license is required. Must be flexible and able to cover shifts across our Cromwell branches.
Previous Customer facing experience
Strong administration and organisation skills
Confident using the telephone
Reception or Client Care experience
Cash handling and till operation
Previous experience of working in a veterinary/doctors surgery (Desirable)
IT skills – confident in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum.
