Description We are seeking a Software Engineer based in Hudson, Ohio. This role focuses on various aspects of software architecture, application design, and development, all while working closely with architects to ensure alignment with our long-term IT strategy. The responsibilities of this role encompass supporting application releases and development activities following Agile SDLC methodology, extending back-end web services, and collaborating closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams throughout the requirements, design, testing, and implementation stages.

Responsibilities:

• Work on complex, major, or highly visible tasks supporting multiple projects that require multiple areas of expertise

• Focus on application design and development across all tiers of software architecture

• Support application releases and development activities, adhering to Agile SDLC methodology, including TDD, and CI/CD

• Design and extend back-end web services using JSON, .NET web services, and SQL

• Showcase expertise in multiple technical environments and knowledge of one or more business areas

• Collaborate closely with architects to ensure all systems align with our long-term IT strategy

• Scope and develop solutions, identifying and crafting responses to client challenges

• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams through the requirements, design, testing, and implementation stages

• Proficient in API and web development technologies

• Expertise in C#, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the software engineering field

• Proficient in programming languages such as C# - Sharp, Angular, and Microsoft SQL

• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies

• Ability to develop, test, and implement complex software applications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

• Possess commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends

• Strong understanding of database management and data analysis

• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN is a plus

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies is advantageous Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
