Job Title: Systems Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing projects, specifically focusing on the testing of thermal blanket products for aerospace launch vehicles. Your daily tasks will include creating detailed drawings, generating comprehensive reports, and designing fixtures and methods for test programs. You will collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Project Managers, and the Accounting and Finance teams in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Hard Skills

• Experience with thermal protection systems (TPS)

• Experience with thermal soft goods

• Experience with aerospace launch vehicles

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented

• Strong report generation skills

• Ability to work in a cross-functional team

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Houston, Texas and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote work per week. You will be part of a small team consisting of 1-2 engineers and will collaborate across all disciplines.
