We also offer onboarding, payroll, and HR direct support services.
We’re looking for a Data Tech to join our team to support and move forward crucial community projects through 2024 and beyond.
Data Tech Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
Set up text and phone bank systems.
Clean and process data, execute data mapping, perform bulk uploads, and troubleshoot.
Train other team members to read reports and use systems.
Update document data processes, end-user training manuals, or fact sheets
Provide remote technical support.
Work with the Data and Analytics Manager to run daily reports for data quality control.
Other data support as needed.
Position Requirements
Experience applying data and analytics tools in a business or non-profit setting.
Basic knowledge of and experience in VAN, and Every Action.
Troubleshooting, logic, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
Must be able to work independently on assignments, consistently meet deadlines, and effectively communicate outcomes and timelines to the Manager.
The ability to follow standards and system implementation methodologies
Be able to display a courteous, accountable, and professional demeanor.
