Nabrasa Brazilian Steakhouse & Iron Abbey NaBrasa Front of House Manager in Horsham, Pennsylvania
Review shift report (events, reservations and notes of what is going on for the day); determines schedules for servers and front house staff- makes changes; organize front house staff; assisting with beverage -- organizing liquor and informing beverage manager if inventory needs to be restocked; provides General Manager with meat inventory so they can order; determines tables for servers; communicates specials to servers; handles customer service issues such as long waits, customer complaints; reconciles all financial activity for each server after the shift; performs some food preparation or service tasks, such as cooking, clearing tables, and serving food and drinks when necessary. Monitors food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner; and, provides menu suggestions to Manager.
Reqs: Hours- 5 days a week. 10 hours per shift. Weekends and nights required. 1 year of experience as a server working in a steakhouse. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours. Applicants should send resumes: tomas@nabrasa.com.
