Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly payroll for 150+ employees, ensuring accurate timesheets, garnishments, deductions, and FLSA compliance.
- Coordinate between payroll, HR, and accounting to maintain accurate employee data and distribute detailed reports.
- Oversee employment records, pre-employment testing, training program participation, and administration of employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain union relations, and manage audits, including trust fund reports and year-end W-2 distribution.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Payroll Processing experience for over 150 employees
- Experience with Certified Payroll preferred
- Experience with Timberline Accounting software preferred
