Job Description:Hawaii's Best Workplace is seeking a bookkeeper to play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and facilitating transparent communication within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable tasks, ensuring inclusive processing and budget adherence.
- Facilitate transparent Accounts Receivable processes, maintaining communication with management.
- Support project management by analyzing estimates, preparing reports, and coordinating visits inclusively.
- Assist in financial analysis and reporting efforts, prioritizing accuracy and inclusivity.
- Coordinate general office tasks, promoting inclusivity and efficiency in supply management.
