Description:
What you will do:
Assist the Director of Events in maximizing the event sales of the hotel
Identify potential business for event planning and services; preferably engaged with hotel
Ensure seamless event implementation to secure the clients satisfaction
Drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout their experience
Meet sales goals and target set by the company
Qualifications:
What you should have:
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience as Events Executive / Events Coordinator
Good customer service, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
Effective communication and proficient in English and Cantonese are essential
