We are looking for a dynamic and talented professional to fill an Equipment Coordinator role at our fast-growing, forward thinking mining services company.

As an Equipment Coordinator, you will coordinate work orders, maintenance activities and track all information. You are a self-driven individual who continuously looks for opportunities to learn and grow!
Essential Responsibilities
Liaises with site maintenance personnel to update month end hour meter reporting, maintain over-hour tracking spreadsheet, and calculate rental over-hour liabilities
Generates and tracks work orders for field personnel
Enters data on completed work orders
Monitors/processes/updates backlog reports
Maintains equipment files
Provides comprehensive administrative support to all equipment staff as required
Builds and maintains spreadsheets as required
Creates and maintains multiple filing systems
Understands and follows written document control procedures
Maintains administrative logs and tracking systems
Runs errands and makes deliveries
Ensures personal safety responsibilities are met
Ability to train new employees, in procedures.
Build schedule for daily work load for maintenance employees
Manage schedule by tracking hours, opening work orders plan work, make sure parts available before work is scheduled.
Order parts with sage, receive parts, communicate with Purchasing Manager
Communicate daily needs with operations and work with operations and Maintenance to communicate schedules, ability to input data in E360 for data tracking, open and closing work orders
Able to assemble all paperwork and inspection forms needed per manufacture for Preventative Maintenance
Assemble all of the filters for the upcoming PM's in a kit
Keep track of onsite inventory, GET, Spare Parts, ETC.
Qualifications
A minimum of one year of experience in a dynamic administrative position with equipment coordination experience
Familiar with maintenance and work order practices
Must be able to use Microsoft excel and word profeciently
Computer aptitude for learning various software systems
Familiarity of E360 and Sage recommended or equivalent systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and set priorities
Capable of understanding and following written procedures
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
