We are strengthening our regional sales and marketing efforts in the new combined food and beverage biosolutions business of Novonesis.

Welcome to our Food and Beverage Biosolutions business in Europe

You will join a highly engaged marketing and business development team of thirteen members dedicated to supporting and driving our robust biosolutions business across segments in the food industry throughout Europe. As part of this team, you’ll collaborate with our large sales team and professional strategic account managers in the region. Additionally, you’ll become an active member of a global network of specialists focused on sales and commercial excellence.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

Driving sales and strategic account excellence across the region in close collaboration with our global commercial excellence team and regional management.

  • Coaching sales management and training sales teams.

  • Ensuring best practice deployment in sales and marketing to Strategic Accounts.

  • Anchoring sales excellence initiatives beyond training sessions by spending time with local teams.

  • Consulting and advising sales management on actions and priorities for sales excellence improvements in the region.

  • Building a powerful network of strategic account teams and contributing to the development of key sales opportunities.

  • Representing the regional management team in global sales and strategic account excellence efforts, forums, and networks.

Deploying and developing sales teams across Europe means spending considerable time away from home, working closely with the teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Ideally, +10 years of experience in sales management, strategic account management, or sales excellence within a B2B business.

  • A personal drive to improve teams, processes, and organizations in a consultant role.

  • A track record of making a positive impact on business outcomes within a larger organization.

  • The ability to coach highly experienced sales managers.

  • Proactive, self-driven qualities with the capability to identify and manage complex tasks, combined with a team player attitude.

  • Skills to lead without direct authority.

  • A passion for the food industry, and experience in this field or other biosolution industries is a plus.
