The Member Benefits Strategy & Development team is accountable for driving membership growth by expanding the Walmart+ value proposition through the creation of new member benefits and offers.

We are looking for a talented Manager to support the development and execution of Walmart+ Store Services, Health & Wellness, and Financial Service benefits. The ideal candidate is obsessed with saving members time, money, or both through the lens of membership offerings. This individual can combine a member-first mindset with a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business. This Manager must be a team player and must be able to collaborate with and influence partners across the organization.

What you'll do...

  • Support all stages of benefit development (from concept to validation, to production through launch) and optimization of Walmart+ store-centered benefits, including Store Services, Health & Wellness, and Financial Services.

  • Drive/assist key workstreams within benefit execution, launch, and postmortem phases.

  • Partner with internal Walmart teams to leverage opportunities for shared/aligned offerings and experiences.

  • Analyze business metrics, customer insights, and member behavior to ensure benefits are being utilized and are adding value to Walmart+ members. Drive continuous optimization and improvement of existing benefits by identifying areas of opportunity and securing buy-in from key partner teams to further pursue.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 years' experience in strategy, business development, merchandising, data analytics, consulting, or related field OR 4 years' experience in strategy, business development, merchandising, data analytics, consulting, or related field.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

HOBOKEN, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00

BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
