About the Group:

Our ADAS group is on a journey to change our way of life, reduce accidents and help those who can't drive by applying cutting edge technologies into all of General Motors vehicle portfolio Providing a complete solution requires joining domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Sensor Fusion, Signal Processing, embedded platform and Micro Controllers development.

What will YOU do?

  • Lead a Group of DevOps engineers to support the ADAS organization product development.

  • Manage multiple DevOps teams in multiple regions (US, Israel)

  • Define, implement and monitor modern software development practices with focus on velocity, testability and traceability.

  • Develop & maintain dockerized based environments, support build system and packaging frameworks integration into the ADAS products.

  • Develop & maintain per group CI pipelines based on Ci/CD infrastructure.

  • Integrate and maintain cross platform-based build system like yocto, qnx momentics, provide build, pack and release solutions for micro controllers’ images and SoC images.

  • Deploy dashboards and alerts, monitor Key OKR’s and metrics for constant analysis and improvement.

  • Define DevOps roadmap, create and execute plans which implement this roadmap.

  • Support issue triaging, problems solving, assist in implementing proper IT- DevOps processes.

Additional Job Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related degree preferred

  • 7+ years’ experience managing DevOps/infra/monitoring/automation team / 1+ year experience in managing multiple teams.

  • Proven experience in supporting several groups in the area of DevOps, build systems, packing and ci/cd.

  • Proven experience in implementing dev process and ci/cd frameworks for embedded products.

  • Knowledge in cross compiling build systems like buildroot / yocto / android aosp build environments preferable.

  • Knowledge in micro controller development processes preferable.

  • Extensive knowledge in BASH, Make, CMake, scripting languages, REST API.

  • Proven experience working with Jenkins or Similar CI tools.

  • Cloud knowledge, K8s deployment and CD tools like ArgoCD highly desired

  • High level of Linux server administration skills
