The role:

Responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing OEM accounts within the Packaging industry in support of growth initiatives. For Systech, OEM’s are a critical component of the ecosystem and an untapped reservoir of relationships that will drive our go-to-market plans and strategies both today and into the future.

Core to the role will be establishing and developing strong trusted relationships within the OEM’s and leveraging those relationships across the Systech sales organization on a worldwide basis. This role is responsible for engaging with the various groups within the OEM to enable technical innovation, joint marketing and co-selling opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  • Account Management - Manage and control all commercial activities within the defined OEM target account list.

  • Planning - Create a clear business plan for your territory that is monitored and followed by you and your sales manager with SMART goals set and achieved.

  • Target OEM Customers - Work in conjunction with your sales manager to determine which accounts to prioritise and the best way to recruit them to become Systech strategic partners .

  • Engage local resources from the OEM and the Systech salesforce to jointly secure sales opportunities.

  • Coordinate marketing engagement between both corporate marketing teams.

  • Attend appropriate trade shows and industry events supporting our partners

  • Use SFDC to track area performance. Ensure that you maintain accurate and current data within SFDC to allow automatic forecasting, business planning, customer targeting etc.

    What you need to have:

  • Proven track record as an Account Manager within an industrial B2B company, ideally within the Packaging Machinery business, and demonstrated track record of successful partnerships working with OEMs

  • Knowledge of consultative sales techniques and value selling.

  • Strong technical accumen

  • Results driven.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work remotely whilst maintaining own initiative and fluent and efficient communication with the line manager and the team.

  • Availability to travel on a regular basis.

Work Arrangement : Remote

Salary Range : €80,000.00 - €120,000.00
