Job Title: Transfer Pricing Manager

Group Taxation is looking for a full-time Transfer pricing manager, who will report to the Global Transfer Pricing Lead. The person will be part of the existing Group Taxation Team (40 people) Along with Transfer Pricing. The candidate will maintain an expert center to support DSM’s businesses for all transfer pricing aspects and also work on Dutch Corporate tax matters. The opening is avaliable due to internal transfer.

Key responsibilities:

• Work together with the business on new business model and advice / implement effective TP models and concluding (B)APA’s where relevant.

• Define operational transfer pricing policies (intercompany price setting, monitoring and adjusting), support and supervise the operational transfer pricing team in executing such processes, and implement technology solutions, together with the operational transfer pricing team.

• Monitor and identify pro-actively potential transfer pricing issues and opportunities for DSM's businesses.

• Execute TP compliance like Country-by-Country-Reporting/Master File and maintain regular communication with the team in the Netherlands, CH, China, US, Brazil and India

• Identify and analyze impact of new transfer pricing developments and supervise local transfer pricing audits.

• Manage Local Transfer Price documentation (outsourced to Big4) and TP monitoring / benchmarking activities.

• Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 66505 to o € 95007 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.

  You bring:

• University degree in Tax Law or Economics with proficiency in English

• Around 2 to 5 years of experience in transfer pricing and international working experience in-house or consultancy most preferred

• Able to operate in a multi-national, multi-disciplinary setting with conflicting interests

• Business oriented with strong communication skills and analytical skills

• An excellent team player with ability to multitask and prioritize, showing outstanding leadership and networking skills. Persistent on principles but practical in finding solutions and result driven.

• Willingness to travel
