Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in HAZLETON TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania, 18202-9790, United States. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for supporting basic Help Desk tickets and troubleshooting tasks. You will primarily be working with Windows-based systems, and occasionally with iPhones.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve help desk requests

• Perform basic troubleshooting for customer issues

• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken

• Guide customers through problem-solving processes

• Update customer data and produce activity reports

• Preserve and grow knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services

• Stay current with system information, changes and updates

• Work with MS Office 365 and Microsoft Windows as part of daily tasks

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.

Requirements • Proficiency in MS Office 365 is needed for daily tasks and communication.

• Basic troubleshooting skills are required to identify, investigate, and rectify technical issues.

• Exceptional customer service skills are essential to ensure the satisfaction of internal and external users.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows is necessary for navigating various applications and tools.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to resolve client queries and issues.

• Problem-solving skills are crucial for diagnosing and solving complex technical issues.

• Ability to work in a team environment to share knowledge and work cooperatively with others.

• Time management skills are essential to respond to requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

• Ability to learn new technologies, software, and hardware to stay updated with the latest trends.

• High level of patience is required to deal with complex issues and difficult customers.

• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

• Excellent organizational skills to keep track of all tasks and issues.

• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills related to the job.
