Provide seamless & personal guest service to all Hotels guests at assigned local destinations including but not limited to: front desks, lounge, and airports, with an emphasis on making the guests stay with B&L.
MAJOR AREAS OF REPSONSIBLITY INCLUDE:
- Inform and assist guests: Ensure guests receive hotel key packets, general information and orientation to local area and the services available. Engage guest in conversation, relaying important information as you form a relationship with all guests.
{=html} <!-- --> - Deliver personal and seamless guest service by preparing for and verifying all arrangements including special guest service requests with attention to personal details, such as special needs, specific room requests, birthdays, updates on special events and other requests of similar nature.
{=html} <!-- --> - Become acquainted with all B&L motels policies and procedures. use resources such as brochures staff, and other tools available to make educated suggestions for optional activities in and around your area. If applicable, promote our bar/lounge by suggesting dining options available and sundries, if applicable
{=html} <!-- --> - Perform concierge duties including: contacting airlines, vendors, hotels, taxi services; making and /or confirming reservations, obtaining any other information as needed by guest, and assist with any and all other additional guests needs.
{=html} <!-- --> - Fold laundry, handle luggage: lift, handle and carry guest luggage. Daily cleaning duties as assigned.
