Human Resources Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. This role will facilitate daily HR functions like answering HR related questions from Team Members, keeping track of personnel records and supporting the timekeeping process. This role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus on company initiatives around compensation, benefits, wellness, reporting and analytics. Generate reports from HR systems and analyze data using Excel Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Assists with I-9 compliance, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. Assists with Benefits Administration Process workflows and changes for data changes, promotions, salary changes, timekeeper actions, termination paperwork and others Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs/processes and recommends corrective action. Completes processing of new hire paperwork. Attends and schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR. Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions. Files documents into appropriate team member files. Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding benefits, policies, employee data, and HR systems Participate in HR systems testing and auditing activities Partner closely with regional Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payment of wages Index, and maintain employee records to meet administrative and legal requirements Manage process for timely, secure delivery of records to lawful inquiries Support changeover from paper to electronic records management systems Provide administrative support to key HR Programs, including Commuter Benefits, Service Awards, Recognition & Gifts, Internships, Wellness, working closely with HRBPs Processes mail. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education Bachelors (preferred) High School or GED (required)

Experience 1 years: Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures. Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations. Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency. Experience with UKGPro (or equivalent HRIS System). Time keeping experience preferred. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another. (required)
