Robert Half Project Manager - Mergers & Acquisition in Hartselle, Alabama

Description

We are in search of a Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in Mergers and Acquisitions to join our client's team. The client is based in HARTSELLE, Alabama, and offers remote work flexibility. The role involves working closely with the PE group and requires a high level of expertise in analytics. This is a long-term contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage merger and acquisition projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Work closely with the PE group, providing expert insights and recommendations.

• Utilize advanced analytics to drive decision-making and strategy formation.

• Apply your knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions to optimize project outcomes.

• Identify and implement cost savings measures throughout the project lifecycle.

• Utilize your skills in CapEx to manage and control project expenditures.

• Continuously monitor and update the project's status and progress, taking corrective action as necessary.

• Effectively communicate project updates and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure project success.

• Continually update your knowledge of the Mergers and Acquisitions (M& A) field to ensure the company's practices align with industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A)

• Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

• Experience in implementing ERP solutions in a business environment

• Proven track record in identifying and implementing cost-saving measures

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications would be advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
