Position Summary

The successful candidate will support the Change Management function. The Senior Analyst is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all technology-related release and change activities while ensuring integrity of the environment. This team member will interact with all levels of the IT organization to drive accountability of the teams involved as well as simplify and automate processes to make it easier for IT partners to use.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong technical and interpersonal skills, and be willing to join a fast-paced, high-profile business area.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Drives change quality, simplification, and automation

  • Drives accountability of all teams involved in change process

  • Ability to provide real-time response to time sensitive requests

  • Participates and supports changes presented at the Change Advisory Board (CAB)

  • Serves as SME for internal and external Change Management audits

  • Accountable for adhering to Change Management policies

  • Ensures change requests meet minimal change management requirements thereby minimizing risk of changes having an adverse customer/client impact

  • Partners with Senior Leaders and Application/Infrastructure SMEs to continually improve the Change process

  • Educates IT partners about Change Management process

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of IT experience

  • Must have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrated proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines

  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and to take initiative to accomplish assigned tasks accurately and by established deadlines

  • Attentive and considerate team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Certified

  • Experience with ServiceNow

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
