As part of your responsibilities, you will be tasked with conducting thorough reviews of various PennDOT program areas, contractors, and grantees in order to provide them with comprehensive education on the relevant federal Title VI provisions aimed at preventing any form of discrimination. In the event that allegations of discrimination surface, you will be required to carry out detailed investigations and compile a report outlining your findings along with recommendations for implementing corrective measures.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment. Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) eligible. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year of paraprofessional analytical experience in an equal opportunity or human resource program; or

Successful completion of the Human Resource Management Trainee program (Commonwealth title); or

One year as an Equal Opportunity Assistant or Human Resource Assistant 2 (Commonwealth titles); or

An equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement.
