Job Description

An employer is looking for a Director of Sales in the Belton, TX area. This person will be managing a team of 5 salespeople, as well as the marketing manager. They will be managing the salesforce for all of their production home build opportunities. This person will not only be managing salespeople, but going out into the field to help support potential opportunities. They will help drive and establish new partnerships, identify prospects, and expand the company's market outreach. They will handle customer concerns and help manage conflict.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the sales industry, with at least 5 of those years in being in the field as a sales rep.

Strong leadership skills, team-building, and communication skills

Proved track record of sales targets and driving growth Proficiency in Hubspot, or similar CRM/lead generation platforms null
