Bars Manager

The Bars Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Bars Manager is responsible for managing the Bar as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate:

• A Degree/ Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management from a recognized institution.

• A minimum of 2- 3 years of work experience in a similar position at a ‘Five Star’ Hotel – a must.

• Understanding of Inventory Management

• Work exposure, for example in properties around the region and/or cruise ships will be an added advantage.
