Celldex has validated pipeline programs, an experienced management team who pioneered early antibody technologies, and support from leading healthcare investors.ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of insight gathering for company portfolioDefine and translate research objectives and key business questions into study plans, recommend appropriate methodology, and present insights to internal stakeholdersWork with Sr. Director to build and maintain global forecast as well as monitoring /validating underlying assumptionsLead team effort to understand all sources of real-time data to inform commercial targeting and investments (ROI, multi-channel marketing)Collect timely competitive intelligence and provide updates to internal stakeholders.Manage external research vendors and data providersQualificationsBS Life Sciences/Math/Statistics/Business; Master’s degree or MBA preferredMinimum of 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field requiredPrimary and secondary market research experience requiredLaunch experience preferredExperience in immunology/inflammation indications desirableExperience building data bases and presenting to senior managementProven analytical skills and learning agilityDemonstrated ability to integrate and leverage insights and analyticsStrong communication and presentation skills
