Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:30am FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Starting Pay: $21 - $25, depending on experience $1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90-days

As a Machinist, you will:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on customer manufacturing specifications to create machine programming

• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate machinery according to strict tolerances. Machines include Milling Centers and EDM.

• Demonstrate expertise in fixture design and tooling

• Examine and measure completed units, identifying defects and ensuring adherence to specifications; adjust machine controls to resolve production errors

• Exercise strong problem-solving ability for the inspection and repair of machinery

• Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills:

• 2+ years of experience using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools, and machines

• Master operator of various types of machine tools to perform progressive machining

• Ability to design and create proper fixturing. Ability to proficiently set up and use measuring equipment including CMM, CAD-Cam, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Calipers, Profilometers, etc.

• Expert in reading and interpreting blueprints and design sketches

• Ability to create and maintain updated work processes related to machining

• Familiar with warehouse, manufacturing, or production planning environments
