Clinical Administrator (Hamilton, NJ)

As the Clinical Admin you will provide excellent Customer Service to clients and patients while manning the daily functions of the Holter department for all Holter software.

Your role:

• Provide quality customer service answering incoming phone calls & completing customer and patient requests (subject but not limited to: STAT requests, adding a diary, changing patient or client demographics, faxing, mailing hard copies, duplicate scans, other requests)

• Provide patients with knowledgeable, helpful instruction on hooking up Holter monitor, monitor usage & packaging it up for shipment back to our facility

• Check voicemails and respond back in a timely, prepared, professional manner

• Call clinical & non-clinical notifications in a timely manner and orderly track all attempts

• Follow-up with pending clinical/non-clinical notifications and orderly track all attempts

• Communicate with the appropriate Holter team, Account Executives via phone, email and or Teams chat and follow up with all requests.

• Perform additional duties that may be assigned or assumed as time and/or circumstances necessitate

You're the right fit if:

• You have a High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required

• You’ve acquired 1+ years of customer service experience, healthcare setting is a plus, but required.

• You are highly proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, and handling an influx of in-bound and outbound calls

• You have above average knowledge of Data entry, Excel, Sharepoint, and Outlook and deliver excellent Customer Service Skills

• You are detail oriented with the ability to multi-task competing priorities and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• You can communicate clearly, appropriately, accurately, in timely manner, both verbally and in written format

• B e comfortable working Monday-Friday from 11:30pm-8:00pm, and occasionally on Saturdays and holidays, and overtime hours

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $35,000 to $53,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
