Philips Project Manager (m/f/d) OEM Imaging Components in Hamburg, Germany

In the role of Project Manager (m/f/d) OEM Imaging Components (IC) you will be implementing strategic and tactical product portfolio requirements to meet OEM IC category business objectives. You will be driving projects enabling to grow the business and to increase the profitability of OEM IC.

Your role:

  • Execute Key Initiatives to drive growth and profitability, including portfolio lifecycle management, business development, and process improvements all leading to an ROI increase.

  • Coordinate and complete projects within budget and scope, setting deadlines, overseeing cross-functional aspects, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to align with business goals.

  • Prepare reports for different leadership levels regarding the status and risks of the project.

  • Product lifecycle of OEM products: Define program requirements focusing on cost of non-quality, productivity, acceptance criteria and priorities. Develop program portfolio strategies.

  • Coaching of project team members to achieve objectives (on-time deliverables, quality, financials).

  • Lead communication with customers, ensuring satisfaction, providing progress updates, and representing technical aspects in business development.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a Bachelor's and Master's degrees (or equivalent degree) in Engineering (e.g. Biomedical Engineering) or a related (commercial) field.

  • You have at least 3 years of proven working experience in project management.

  • You excel in customer-facing and internal communication, both written and verbal, in English and German.

  • You demonstrate solid organizational skills, showcasing attention to detail and adept multitasking abilities.

  • You are good team player but still able to finish tasks on your own and you are eager to continuously learn and improve

  • You possess a strong command of Microsoft Office applications and project management software tools.

  • You hold certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II, which would be advantageous.
