Job Title: Factory Project Engineering ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Factory Project Engineering Manager to provide both Process Engineering Support and Project Management support services. This position will be 100% onsite at our Hager City WI factory. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of PFDs Block Flows and PIDs, vendor coordination, reviewing layouts, and contributing to the development of an equipment list. Project Management duties include supporting the project through the engineering phase, maintaining and updating MOC process documentation, preparing scope schedule budget documentation, and working with representatives to refine project objectives. Please note, relocation candidates will be at their own expense. No per diem home trips or any other allowances will be provided.

Hard Skills

• Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited University

• Minimum 3 years experience in industrial manufacturing environments

• Industrial construction experience

• Scheduling software knowledge

• P6 or Project Cost Reporting and trending through project management tools

• Microsoft Excel knowledge

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 52 Weekly.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hager City, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

This is a highly engaging role requiring onsite presence at our Hager City WI factory. The successful candidate will be working directly under the company's direction, collaborating with various teams, vendors, and representatives. Steel toe shoes are required for this role and will need to be provided by the worker at their own expense. OSHA 10 or 30 certifications and Food Safety certification are preferred.
