Description We are in the legal industry, located in Haddonfield, New Jersey, looking to bring on a Help Desk Analyst. This role encompasses providing support and troubleshooting for software and data management systems, making it a critical element of our team's operations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of contact for all software-related issues, providing both telephone and desk support.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to desktop software and data management systems.

• Maintain a strong understanding of legal documents and document management systems.

• Show proficiency in various software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Kofax PDF, and iManage.

• Handle special projects and additional duties as assigned.

• Utilize strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Display excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with all management levels.

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Show ability to work with various technologies including Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, and Desktop Hardware. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is essential.

• Demonstrated experience with Database management.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is required.

• Proficiency in Lotus Notes is necessary.

• Must possess strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of Active Directory is crucial.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair Computer Hardware.

• Experience in Configuration Management is desirable.

• Must have a background in Deskside Support.

• Familiarity with Desktop Hardware is a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
