Job Title: Superintendent

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Superintendent to join our team. This role includes attending meetings with clients and contractors, direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force, and reviewing and being familiar with the project budget and general conditions estimate. The successful candidate will also review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with the Project Manager, and develop and maintain site logistics plan in coordination with Project Manager, Clients, and Contractors. You will be in charge of conducting quality and safety inspections, coordinating site testing and inspection effort, and managing schedules. This includes preparation of look-ahead schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates. You will also be responsible for the preparation and submission of Superintendent's Daily Reports, participating in project meetings, and reviewing and assisting in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor.

Hard Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within Utilities Construction

  • Experience doing RFI's and Change Orders independently

  • 6-10 years of Construction experience

Job Type
