Role: Specialist Finance

Reports into: Senior Manager Finance

Job Responsibility:

• Review monthly salary register and process the payout.

• Review employee F&F and process the payout

• Ensure timely payout of monthly/quarterly/annual statutory dues (PF, ESIC, LWF, Professional tax etc.)

• Monthly TDS reconciliation for salary register and report to tax department and ensure correct deduction of TDS, Support in accurate preparation & timely filing of 24Q.

• Liaison with HR Operations team for any notice/demand received from Govt. departments (if any).

• Payroll cost accounting including actuals / provisions, review trial balance for respective codes and sign off.

• Maintaining month end compliances-payables/advances/query, reconciliations, Balance sheet schedule etc.

• Annual report on statutory bonus (Form A, B, C, D).

• Release Dashboards /exceptions reports/ performance score cards.

• Regular connects with employees

• Should be able to perform independently / with minimum supervision

• Well versed with Oracle AP, General Ledger will be additional advantage.

• Actively participate in process improvements and value add to the existing process

• Coordinate for data/queries related to Statutory Audit / internal Audit / ICOFR Audit

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/post-graduate/ MBA

• 5-8 years of experience in payroll finance

• Good Inter-personal Skill

• Effective Communication (Verbal/Written Skills)

• Oracle

• Good excel, Presentation skills
