Designation : Sr Associate/Lead Associate - Data Validation and Analysis

Reports to (level of category) : Individual – COA(Performance Management) –

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data for compliance to design specification (source-to-target) and expected/anticipated behaviors, identifying quality issues and recommending solutions

  • Actively communicate to internal/external/stakeholders/customers data quality issues about the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used

  • Creating/publishing Power BI/SQL/Snowflake/Excel based reports

  • Understanding client requests and developing a solution by providing the data reports as requested

  • Perform audits, as required, to ensure quality processes exist and are being adhered to.

  • Communicate the pervasiveness of data quality problems and their potential impacts and take the lead in resolving them via data integration and/or business process improvement.

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and document data issues from internal and external customers,

  • Perform root cause analysis on data issues and recommend data quality controls to resolve gaps/issues.

  • Participate in estimating work necessary to realize an agile story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

  • Assist other departments in the design of quality edit checks, test plans, etc. to ensure data quality objectives are met, as well as participate in cross-functional teams and development/improvement task forces.

  • Ensure compliance with the company’s data privacy policy

  • Document inventory of current state data quality controls

  • Manage documentation related to data quality (data standards, definitions, DQA documents such as checklists, guidelines, manuals, templates, forms, etc.)

Requirements & Skills

  • Knowledge of research methods, statistical or data analysis, and strong analytical/problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information management, or similar.

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis. US healthcare background will be prepared.

  • Live Hands-on Project Knowledge of Six Sigma and other Lean methodologies

  • Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL)/Snowflake and Advance Excel , Powe BI,

  • In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and tests.

  • Extensive experience with statistical packages, such as MS Excel, SAS, and SPSS would add advantage

  • Exceptional analytical skills.

  • Advanced problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of best practices in data analysis.
