JOB DESCRIPTION
- Quality data management and traceability standards establish.
建立质量数据管理和追溯标准
1.1 Work with cross-functional teams to define quality traceability requirements, specifications and acceptance criteria for electronic systems and process to ensure compliance with customer expectations and industry standards.

1.2 Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of quality data and manufacturing records for products, including test results, inspection reports, non-conformances, and corrective actions.

1.3 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for quality data management and traceability in automotive electronics manufacturing, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, VDA 6.3 and AS 9100D etc. specifications.

2.1 Develop and implement quality data management systems and processes to capture, analyze, and report key quality metrics and performance indicators for products.

4.1 Assist workcell team to respond to customer, third party, and internal audits and assessments of quality data management and traceability.

5.1 Conduct training about Quality Data Traceability, system, relative statutory and regulatory requirements, or other products related standards, for newcomer or per operations required.

6.1 According to the requirements of QA department or workcell digital solution of process to develop digital solution to improve process quality and efficiency.

REREQUISITES
- Bachelor or above degree, worded in EMS industry with minimum 10 years quality control or quality data management or traceability experience, minimum 6 years’ experience on automotive products or medical devices.
本科或以上学历，至少10年EMS行业质量管控或质量数据管理或数据追溯经验，其中至少6汽车或医疗器械产品经验。
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing. Knowledge of data mining or "Data analyst" certificate is preferred.

- Experience with quality data management systems, databases, and software platforms, such as ERP/MRP systems, MES, and PLM/PDM solutions.
