Mission Details
a.主要承担深冷、RTO、粉料机、灌装机、包装机、火炬等关键成套包的工作，需要具备偏仪表、PLC能力。
b.为日常电仪工作、小项目/MOC等提供技术支持
c.现场维修团队的文档管理、程序更新，日期签票backup.
Required Profile
本科或以上学历，1-3年工作经验
了解 仪表常见设备的结构原理，选型等（流量，压力，温度， COD ， PH ，电导仪， CEMS 等）
了解常见电气设备设施选型、日常维护（ PM ，故障分析及处理）
熟悉常用的电器元件（空开、继电器、保险、电缆、指示灯等）
了解电气设备设施逻辑图、原理图
掌握西门子 PLC 及相应组态软件 使用，具备简单编程能力
SOP （法律、规范、部门标准等）的编写审核； WI 编写审核
PM 策略及控制（仪表设备、设施的 PM 策略， PM 的动态优化和管理）
MOC （仪表设备、设施变更管理的流程，风险控制和质量控制）
RCA 分析（方法、流程控制及 RCA 相关的 KPI ）
备件策略（仪表备件的采购原则，安全库存的优化，备件 5S 管理支持）
CMMS( 基础流程，基础数据）应用，会使用 SAP 最好
具备良好的英语读写能力
