Western Alliance Bank IT Service Management Data Analyst in Grove City, Ohio
Job Title: IT Service Management Data Analyst Location: OH - Columbus What you'll do: The IT Service Management Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the implementation, process documentation, and management of the asset, configuration, and other ServiceNow process areas. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining operational reporting for ServiceNow functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data being presented reconciled from operations to leadership. This role will collaborate closely with IT and business units to ensure effective asset and configuration management practices. What we are looking for: Develop and implement comprehensive reporting for the management of processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements. Build dashboards for operational views, enabling the ability for teams to see relevant information necessary for managing their delivery of service. Design and implement trending reporting for tracking organizational improvements over time, and analyzing processes for improvement opportunities. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective adoption of reporting functions. Support other organizational reporting needs for activities executed and managed within ServiceNow. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of configuration management processes. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience using ServiceNow reporting and Business Analytics functions. Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles. Proficiency with understanding ServiceNow data models and databases including AMDB and CMDB required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience with ITIL process framework and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in IT asset management. Ability to demonstrate managing large organizational changes with excellent collaboration skills.
