We are currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for one of the top Financial Services companies in Colorado.

Description:

• Responsible for greeting all visitors who enter the reception area.

• Ensuring front door is open at start of each business day.

• Making eye contact with and greeting anyone who enters the reception area.

• Asking each guest “How may we help you?”

• Communicating to management and staff of the guest’s arrival and follow up if wait is extended.

• Offering guests beverages during their wait.

• Ensuring a clean and welcoming reception area.

• Distribution and collection of guest badges.

• Posting signage for office closures or special events.

• Mail distribution.

• General accountability for office supplies.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of Receptionist of Front Desk experience

• Professional and Kind demeanor

• Able to handle working in a unsupervised fashion

• 1-3 years of customer facing experience

• Ability to navigate Microsoft outlook, Microsoft teams, and various other systems.
