Greenville, SC - Real Estate Associate

Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in Greenville, SC for an associate in the Real Estate Department. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and related financingtransactions. Commercial real estate leasing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Candidates must be familiar with negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements.

• Commercial leasing experience strongly preferred.

• Strong academic record and excellent analytical skills required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.

VISUAL ACUITY

• Worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
